Mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution policyAll registered users of the mediamobz.com website agree to the Terms of Service posted at mediamobz.com/terms. Section 12 of the Terms of Service includes a provision regarding the procedure for resolving disputes between parties.
MEDIAmobz's dispute resolution procedure provides that if a dispute arises, the parties agree first to attempt in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation through JAMS, the nation's largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution services. If the dispute cannot be settled in this manner, the parties agree to then submit their dispute to JAMS for arbitration.
Under the Terms of Service agreed to by users of the mediamobz.com website, MEDIAmobz will not be a party to any mediation, arbitration, lawsuit or other legal proceedings between registered users of MEDIAmobz or between a MEDIAmobz registered user and a third party.
